Unibank Launches the First Batch of GRGBanking's Branch Transformation Solution
Unibank, one of the largest private banks in Azerbaijan, launches the first branch transformation project in its branches, leveraging GRGBanking's bulk cash recycler (P5800L) solution together with the support of local strategic partner Caspa technologies.
P5800L is an ergonomic cash recycling machine with 32-inch screen, which enables flexible settings of cash deposit, withdraw, sorting, serial number tracking, card reading, receipt printing, and supports marketing information delivery and media promotion. By inheriting reliable performance and cost-effective functionality of GRGBanking's recycler technology, P5800L solution is designed machine that requires less cash replenishment volume and significantly cuts down the total operation cost of banks. With the fashionable appearance, it can greatly enhance the banking brand and bring users a much better experience.
GRGBanking Empowers Smart Upgrading in Shenzhen Metro
Shenzhen subway introduced the very first driverless train, Shenzhen Metro Line 20, on May 20, 2021. For this significant innovation in Chinese metro history, GRGBanking provides its intelligent terminals including new-generation AFC system and intelligent customer service center to assist Shenzhen metro realize the metro operation management more digital, more intelligent, and more systematic.
Based on innovative technology, GRGBanking’s new-generation AFC system has been launched in Guozhannan Station of Shenzhen metro. This is the intelligent auto gate system in Shenzhen metro supporting metro card and QR code to pass through the gate. It also enables passengers to identify themselves through facial recognition.
The ALL IN ONE intelligent customer service system has been deployed in the Shenzhen metro line 20, which comprehensively solves the problems of high operation cost, low traffic efficiency of special passenger side gate, and large workload of staff. It enables passengers to use self-service of card recharging, ticket inquiry, biometric registration, E-billing, and other processing functions. Leveraging its BIM, GIS and 3D visualization, and intelligent technology, this intelligent customer service system delivers new experience for metro passengers.
KSBank Promotes the Digital Banking Transformation
After being approved by the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) this year, KSBank becomes the official name of Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
