MobilPay

MobilPay is a software platform designed to provide Remote Banking Services (RBS) to customers via ATMs and payment terminals.

MobilPay significantly differs from traditional DDC/NDC-based systems (such as TellMe). It does not rely on complex scripts; all ATM and terminal operations are managed directly by the MobilPay payment and integration server.

The system builds a complete RBS infrastructure, including processing systems, core banking (ABS), internet banking, service providers, and billing systems.

There is a clear functional separation between Processing and the MobilPay server in handling financial transactions via VISA, MasterCard, and other international payment networks.

Processing handles card operations such as cash withdrawal, deposits, balance inquiries, statements, and ATM/terminal management using DDC/NDC protocols and state-based scripts.

MobilPay is fully compatible with these legacy standards. The MobilPay-Terminal component communicates with Processing without requiring scripts.

The MobilPay server manages payment processing, integration, data handling, and centralized transaction databases, providing full reporting and control for the bank.

It integrates with payment systems such as Eleksnet, Cyberplat, Rapida, FSGorod, and local service providers, acting as a universal payment gateway.

Communication between Processing and MobilPay uses ISO-8583, Host-to-Host protocols, and database queries to manage all financial operations.

The system records all transactions in a unified database for reporting and analytics.

MobilPay-Terminal enables unified management of multi-vendor ATM and terminal networks.

It supports a wide range of services including QR/barcode payments, currency exchange, and personalized self-service operations.

MobilPay-Script allows banks to easily add and configure new payment services and menus.

MobilPay-Trader enables integration of new payment providers.

All these capabilities are delivered without programming or outsourcing requirements.
